Friendship is important to me because...

Updated: Nov 23, 2022

Friendships come in many layers and some are fleeting whilst others last the long haul.

My 'friendship' pool is relatively small in comparison to the number of people I know.

We all have our own definition of what friendship looks like to us. For me, friends are those special people with whom I feel a deep connection, where we have cultivated an environment in which we can be vulnerable, laugh and cry at life's challenges and the ridiculous. We support, challenge, and inspire one another, and above all, there is trust, love, and respect.

These relationships are precious to me and even if geography and life circumstances get in the way I love how we can slip back and pick up our conversations from where we left off.

So, THANK YOU to all of these remarkable friends who have supported me, picked me up, wiped away my tears, made me laugh so hard I peed myself, told me when I was being too difficult or too hard on myself, and above all for putting up with my loud laugh and cheeky (smutty) sense of humor! I love you all.
