How to Manage Chronic Pain and Still Have A Positive Mindset | E25

Updated: Aug 24, 2023

From a teenager, I struggled with endometriosis, which had a huge impact on both my physical health and mental well-being. Over the years, I've also been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus, osteoarthritis, and more recently, osteoporosis. Each new health challenge has required me to adjust and develop new coping strategies to maintain my sanity!

In this latest episode of the 3 Coaches 1 Topic series, my fellow coaches Adele, Garineh, and I had the pleasure of sharing practical advice on managing chronic pain and leading a fulfilling life. We discussed various strategies such as physical therapy, medication, mindfulness, and exercise, and provided tips on what questions to ask when seeking support from coaches, therapists, and personal trainers, as well as how to develop a support network.

Our goal was to empower individuals to take control of their lives, make positive changes, and improve overall well-being. We emphasized the importance of focusing on strengths instead of limitations and maintaining a positive mindset even when facing chronic pain.
