I want to share a quote that has been a source of inspiration and motivation for me lately, alongside my brainstorming sessions with Wendy and Liz.
It's by Les Brown, and he said, "Don't say, 'I'm having a bad day.' Say, 'I'm having a character-building day.'"
This quote gives me a gentle reminder that with every challenge we face there is an opportunity to learn, to become stronger, more resilient, and more grateful.
During these 'character-building' days you see the ones who are there beside you, encouraging you, listening to you and truly seeing you.
So, let's choose to see these tough moments as character-building opportunities, and let's surround ourselves with those who uplift and empower us along the way.
