My Top Tips For Finding the Right Coach For YOU

Updated: Nov 23, 2022

There is a misconception that coaching only applies to those who have a 'problem.'

Yes, coaching does support you if you are feeling overwhelmed or lacking in self-worth and confidence but it is also for those who want to go from good to great.

Coaching is a partnership where you can brainstorm, collaborate, and get inspired to take your current situation to the next level. This is an exciting journey where we explore your options (no matter how 'out there' they may seem), possibilities, resourcefulness, and creativity.

Top Tips For Finding the Right Coach For YOU:

  1. They are certified or accredited

  2. Have a contract/agreement in place (covering confidentiality)

  3. Licensed to work as a coach

  4. If working with children - Police checked, First-Aid, Safeguarding

  5. Health - registered with local health authorities

  6. Offers a sample coaching session during a Discovery Call *

* A lot of coaches don't feel that they need to offer a sample coaching session and that's their prerogative. However, I feel that if someone is willing to invest that amount of money and share some very personal information it is beneficial for both parties to see if this is a good match.

Each coach has a different 'style' of coaching and one size does not fit all. Having a sample coaching session for 15 minutes will give you some indication of what a coaching session will be like with that coach.

If you are interested in how we can work together then why not grab a coffee and book a free Clarity Call and let’s see if we are a good match!
