Trust is important to me because...

Updated: Nov 23

Oooh, this is a big one for me.

I am sure there is not one person who has not broken someone's trust and had their trust broken. Either way, it feels like sh!t.

With that being said there is so much learning when these situations happen.

Life is an ongoing journey, we are forever encountering and trying to figure out many things such as relationships, expectations, responsibilities, etc. for the first time. We will make mistakes but the big question is, do we learn from them?

Do you take ownership of the part you played?

Have you changed the way you express which behaviors are acceptable and which are not?

Are you open and honest?

What does trust mean to you?

I have found that if you can't trust someone with the small things then they are telling you that they can't be trusted with the important things.
