I love writing short powerful statements on the bathroom mirrors. They make me smile, shift my posture to a more empowering one, inspire me, and help me to refocus from the moment I wake up in the morning!
I also have them in the guest restroom and it's a great way for them to start a powerful conversation or have a different perspective on their current situation or mental state.
Over the years many a workman has commented 'I like that sign, thanks love' or a client has said 'I needed to hear that today'
My children have grown up with either writing on their bathroom mirrors or laminated quotes reminding them they are loved, wanted, and worthy. It's like they are getting a silent hug without me saying or doing anything.
