Can you tell me a little bit about your coaching journey and what motivated you to become a coach?
I started my coaching journey as a student of Psychology and Child Development, when I volunteered in an Orphanage in Serbia for 5 years. I started counselling and supporting parents and families in their transitions and difficult family situations. Later on, as I moved to Dubai, I had a strong record in management and sales, and decided to combine these to help others. While building my coaching practice and working with many coaches, I noticed big gaps for start-up coaches and entrepreneurs and decided to create a unique method that will fill this gap and help people get faster results.
Is there a particular moment or memory of your coach training that stands out for you?
Definitely being recognized by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi in the KBB community.
How would your friends and family describe you?
Independent, optimistic, energetic and persistent.
What opportunities has Dubai given you, personally and professionally?
Meeting new cultures, people, embracing diversity and professionally growth, inspiration and connections.
What would you like people to know about you?
That I am passionate about seeing other people win.
Imagine yourself in three years. What do you hope will be different about you compared to now?
I am more experienced; my business has grown and I have started my family.
Tell me about a time you took an unexpected initiative
I am a Go Girl type of person. From writing my book in 45 days, to opening my company it was all unexpected and fast.
Briefly tell me what have the highlights of the past 5 years? What has been your biggest growth lesson?
Moving to Dubai my life has changed completely. From professional growth, starting my own business and personal development. Finding piece, healing traumas from the past and big shift in my mindset.

Tell me about your coaching practice
I work with clients 1:1 or in group programs that are launched periodically. Also have online courses to support different areas and ways of learning. I follow my MSA system (Mindset- Systems/Strategy - Action) that fills the gaps in the market and gets clients lasting results.
How do you prepare for your coaching sessions?
1st session is always based on detail assessment from the information gathered. Every session is always individualized however I do follow my system and exercises I put in order to help clients get clarity and set systems in place. I always go over the notes from the previous session to see what was covered and check how much has the client achieved.
When you started your coaching business what was the biggest challenge for you?
Knowing how to get clients regularly.
Can you describe how you were feeling when you coached your first client and what did you learn from that experience?
I had fear that I will not actually help them, however seeing how much their lives changed in short period of time and getting their feedback and testimonials was fulfilling and a big pleasure.
How did you feel when you got your first paying client?
Excited!
Can you tell me of an achievement or contribution that you are most proud of?
Helping children in Orphanage in Serbia for 5 years.
