With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Laura has elevated over 1,750 professionals in their hospitality and management journey. She's held pivotal roles, including Regional Director for L&D across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Laura is a Cambridge-certified English Language teacher with notable certifications as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Business Master Practitioner, Brain-Based Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and an alumnus of the Academy of Executive Coaching.
